Why did you decide to become a Generations board member?
In a nutshell, George asked me to serve on the board. You don't say no to George!
What are your hobbies?
I have many hobbies, probably too many. First, I am an avid reader that spans many genres. I just love to read. Second, I am a woodworker. I love to create many things out of wood. When someone comes to me with an idea, I find it a challenge to see what I can create from that initial idea. It's like solving a riddle. Finally, travel. My wife Maggie and I love to experience people and places together.
What is your favorite food?
Anything deemed comfort food is my favorite.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Generations board?
I love the challenge of keeping George's dream alive. But I also like taking that initial dream and expanding it and making it bigger and better. I think the board members see that and have embraced that concept. I feel Generations is just in its infancy and I can't wait to see what is in its future.

Being on the Board is being part of a group that is growing, changing and looking out for the welfare of Seniors. and others. It's exciting and building connections is awesome.
